Cancellation Policy

Now – May 15th, 2025: Full refund, minus a $100 administration fee per registration

May 16th – July 15th, 2025: 50% refund, minus a $100 administration fee per registration

After July 15th, 2025: No Refunds

If you are unable to attend, you may not transfer/sell your registration to another person outside of your practice. Please see cancellation and refund policy here. 

You may transfer your registration to the next year’s conference, minus a $100 administration fee, plus any difference in price of standard registration price of that future conference.  This type of transfer is only available once per registration. 

*Please Note – this includes cancellations related to COVID-19. Cancellations must be received in writing to the AADOM Registration Headquarters at info@aadomconference.com. Membership fees are non-refundable.*
