Say Goodbye to Paper Checks and Manually Posting EOBs
Speaker: Steijn Pelle
What if you and your team never had to deposit a paper check or key in an EOB by hand ever again?
When I talked to Cher, my dentist’s office manager about how much time she spends on manually posting insurance payments and patient aging, I was shocked. Coming from the world of financial technology, I couldn’t believe that in a thriving practice with millions of dollars in annual collections, many hours of her week went into manual data entry. Crazy!
