Her memberships include the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, National Speakers Association and the Academy of Dental Management Consultants. She was recently named one of the Top 25 Women in Dentistry. Teresa received her Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management.

Debbie Evans has been in the dental industry for almost 30 years. She has been the Practice Administrator for Wainright & Wassel, DDS in Raleigh, NC since 2005.
Debbie is a proud lifetime AADOM member and serves as Co-President of the AADOM Triangle Chapter. She received her AADOM Fellowship in the fall of 2016 and most recently received her Mastership in September 2020. In 2021 Debbie received her Diplomate designation. Her AADOM Triangle Chapter is the largest chapter in the country and has won the “Chapter of the Year” for the last 3 years. Prior to being named the 2020 Practice Administrator of the year, Debbie was recognized as an AADOM “Practice Administrator with Distinction” for the past 3 years.
Debbie and her husband Ron, have two married children, Ryan, and his wife Emily, who reside in Overland Park, KS, and Brittany, and her husband Kevin, who live in San Clemente, CA. Debbie has 3 grandsons, Carson, Jack and Logan, and a 1 granddaughter, Ila Marie. Debbie loves being “NaNa” and she proudly says that she’s going to be one of “THOSE” grandparents – and she loves every minute of it.
With a total of 28 years in the dental industry, Geri has useful experience in everything from practice management and patient treatment to administration and leadership. Having owned two large periodontal practices with her husband, she knows what it takes to successfully grow a business from the ground up. This experience gives her a better understanding of the multiple silos in our industry; clinical, leader, manager, and owner.
Always looking to accumulate more knowledge and understanding, Geri is certified in the Five Behaviors of a Team and DiSC Behavioral Assessments, allowing her to generate unique insights into the personal needs of each member of your team.

Chad inspires, motivates, and moves audiences, creating an experience that touches hearts for a lifetime. He is one of the youngest ever to receive the Council of Peers Award for Excellence (CPAE) and to be inducted into the prestigious National Speaker Hall of Fame. In 2001, at the age of 27, Chad’s life changed in an instant when a 2,000-pound bale of hay shattered his neck, leaving him a quadriplegic. But Chad’s dreams were not paralyzed that day—he became an example of what is possible. Chad is a best-selling author, president of his own communications company, and recognized world-class wheelchair athlete. In 2003, Chad set a world record by wheeling his chair from Salt Lake City to Las Vegas (513 miles). Chad’s speaking career in the areas of leadership, team building, customer service, and mastering change has brought him multiple honors. He served as president of the National Speakers Association Utah chapter and is a member of the elite Speakers Roundtable (one of twenty of the world’s top speakers). As a member of the National Speakers Association, Chad travels as many as 300,000 miles a year, captivating and entertaining audiences around the world. He has graced the stage of hundreds of professional and civic organizations, including Wells Fargo, Blue Cross Blue Shield, AT&T, Rainbird, IHC, American Express, Prudential Life, Vast FX, and Merrill Lynch.
Tija was named one of the Top 25 Women in Dentistry by Dental Products Report Magazine; 2015. She is a member of the American Dental Assistants Association (ADAA) where she holds the honor of Master, is former Vice President (2017) and sits on national counsels. Tija is an editorial board member for Dental Products Report Magazine, contributor to Dental Products Report, Dental Assisting Digest, and Dental Economics Magazines. She is founder of the Dental Assistants Study Club of St. Louis. She is the director of the Dental Careers Institute with five locations in the United States. Tija is also the author of six CE study courses. She is a national speaker and is a certified trainer in nitrous oxide in several states. Her passion is education and equipping dental teams with the knowledge to grow.
Lynne Leggett, BS, FAADOM is the founder and CEO of Victory Dental Management. With over 20 years of business experience, in addition to being a seasoned basketball coach, Lynne understands that having employees ≠ a team. Her passion is helping dental practices reach their full potential, increase their productivity and profitability while enabling them to deliver the best patient care and patient experience. She is a member of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants, National Speakers Association, Speaking Consulting Network, AADOM Speaker Consultant Alliance, and a lifetime member and Fellow of AADOM. She is the author of You Can’t Coach Quit, online CE courses, multiple webinars, and her monthly newsletter the “Coach’s Corner”. She is a contributing author to several dental magazines and multiple state association newsletters.
Marsha has over 35 years of experience in the dental office environment, first as a Dental Assistant and then as an Office Manager. She obtained training as a Dental Assistant while serving in the US Navy, where she met and married a naval officer who was also a dentist.
Marsha maintains a working knowledge of daily dental office activities and issues by managing her husband’s dental practice.
She spent 15 years as a dental management consultant and enjoyed helping practices put systems in place to help make their offices more productive, more efficient, and less stressful. She has experience in scheduling, collections, and setting production goals and obtaining them. She has worked with computers in the dental office for over 30 years and was a certified trainer for Dentrix.
Marsha is a lifetime member of the American Association of Office Management (AADOM), a Certified Consultant in Employment Law Compliance and Integrated Performance Management with Bent Ericksen & Associate, as well as a member of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants (ADMC).
Teresa has worked in dentistry for over 30 years, and it continues to be her “lifelong passion.” She currently works in a 4-dentist and 9-hygienist office in Amelia Island, Florida. After her first experience at an AADOM conference, she helped to develop what is now the Northeast Florida AADOM Chapter.
Teresa earned her AADOM Fellowship, FAADOM) in 2012 and her AADOM Mastership, (MAADOM) in 2020. In September of 2021, Teresa was inducted into the first class of AADOM Diplomates, (DAADOM).
She has twice received the AADOM Practice Administrator of Distinction award prior to being named the 2021 Practice Administrator of the Year.
Jennifer Steadman has been with Dentistry by Design in Andover, MA since 2009. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Upon joining Dentistry by Design as a dental hygienist, Jennifer’s role grew significantly. Through extensive training and continuing education courses, she now acts as the director of operations where she oversees the dental team and keeps them up-to-date on the ever-changing advances within the field.
Jennifer has taken on a true passion for dentistry, and continually strives to advance her education, and pass on her knowledge and charisma. She became a Fellow of the American Association of Dental Office Management (FAADOM) in 2015 and most recently was inducted as an AADOM Master (MAADOM) in September 2020. In 2021 she was inducted as an AADOM Diplomate, (DAADOM). Jennifer was the founder of the Boston Chapter of AADOM and remains actively involved in the chapter today. In 2019, she was recognized for her ongoing hard work and dedication, as she was nominated and honored by AADOM as a Practice Administrator of Distinction.
During her time away from the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband Dominick, and their two daughters Addison and Caroline. You can find them taking trips to the lakes region of New Hampshire, and spending time with their extended family and friends!
Lorie has been working with The American Association of Dental Office Management, or AADOM for the past 15 years. Lorie is the Current Vice President of AADOM. Lorie’s dental career spans 33 years, 12 of which were spent as a dental office manager.
Lorie has been speaking to large and small groups educating dental professionals on everything from the Benefits of AADOM, Marketing a Dental Practice, and how to keep you and your teams healthy and motivated. Lorie is dedicated to the growth and development of all teams. Lorie serves on the AADOM advisory council, AADOM Executive team, and the AADOM Distinctions Board. In 2015 Lorie was recognized as one of the top 25 Women in Dentistry by Dental Products Report magazine.
Lorie lives in Idaho with her husband and son and their dog Tucker!
Dana is an AADOM Fellow and a member of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants as well as the Speaking & Consulting Network. After teaching high school science for ten years, Dana moved to dentistry and has been working in the dental field for over fifteen years. She is the owner of Distinction Dental Management Systems and enjoys teaching foundations of excellence for the dental team and building leaders and liaisons within the dental practice. Dana is also an active practice manager her husbands dental practice in her home town of Nashville, Tennessee.
